Results of Australian Hillclimb Championship – 2019
The weather leading up to the 2019 AHC was predicted to be wet however the rain stayed away for most of the weekend allowing for good conditions until the 2nd run on Sunday when the rain came and ended the dry track. There were a large number of spectators all eager to watch all the 144 competitors that had entered this event.
Competition was fierce between the outright contenders of Dean Amos (Gould GR55B), Malcolm Oastler (OMS28) and Dean Tighe (Dallara 395)
With Malcolm Oastler just edging out Dean Amos by 0.02seconds with a time of 34.88 with Dean Amos time of 34.90 in third place was Dean Tighe with a time of 37.92.

1st Malcolm Oastler – (OMS 28) – 35.99
2nd Dean Amos – (Gould GR55B) – 34.90
3rd Dean Tighe – (Dallara F396) – 37.92
4th Doug Barry – (Lola) – 39.67
5th Greg Ackland – (Ninja GA8) – 40.55
6th Ron Hay – (Synergy Dallara) – 40.80
7th Josh Hayward – (Hayward HE014) – 42.13
8th Warwick Hutchinson – (OMS28 – RPV03) – 42.43
9th Brett Hayward (Hayward HE014) – 42.63
10th David Mahon – Dallara F394) – 42.92
